Founded in 1960 by Al Howard, College of Hair Design began as the Lincoln Barber College. It was inspired by his Navy barbering experience. Over the decades, under the stewardship of Al, and later his son Greg Howard, the college evolved into a leading institution for cosmetology, barbering and esthetics<\/b>. With a commitment to innovation and excellence, the college has grown to two campuses, offering comprehensive training and career development.
